The weather has been very good these few days. I love the warmth of the sun :D :D :D
Yesterday, I finished my Microecons lecture at 11.30am – 15 mins earlier actually, and so from there I met up with Eunice and Juls. EeeOoo girls. Had a lovely lunch with them @ Ramenya in the city along Bourke.
In the arvo, I decided to brisk walk around Princes Park. Walked with Cal. Just so happens he was on Facebook, I invited him to walk together and catch up. Amazingly, when you have someone to walk with you, you don’t feel it as much. One round after another. Altogether 6km. Hahaha! Its so funny how we talked and talked and talked and didn’t realize that we have already walked 2 rounds. It was a good chat tho! A good chap from the same hometown as I am. All the Msian accent :)
“No pain, no gain”
Gross!
I didn’t realize that I was bleeding until I took off my socks after the walk. When I was walking, I can feel the pain but it wasn’t that severe tho. Hmmm. Well, it appears that my toe nails peeled of the skin at the side of my 4th toe and that’s why it was bleeding. Ouch! By the time I discovered this, the blood dried up already. And when I washed the blood off before going to cell, the pain came back again. Eeeeks! x) But overall, I felt productive. I walked 2 and a half rounds today and had a good chat with Cal for a good 2 hours as well. Coolies! Headed off to cell wearing slippers instead because of the blisters and this cut.
Cell was all good despite there were only 5 of us. It was like a girl’s night or something because Alex was the only guy. Haha! Well, it was because Yu Ying changed cell to Friday this week since her friends are here to visit her and she wants to spend time with them on a Saturday. Understandable :D Many people couldn’t make it but we kept them in prayers. Overall, we discovered the importance of spiritual gifts and what our spiritual gifts could or could not be. Most of the booklets are with me for me to give my cell members tomorrow after service. So yeah, hopefully they’ll come and ask from me. Or else, I’ll just bring em back home again. Lol. Ohhhh, it was my first time leading worship in CHH since im still quite new there. But it was quite good, I reckon. I chose the songs which touched me the most as I was preparing earlier in the week. It was Lead me to the Cross and Oceans will part from Hillsongs :) :) :)
Alex made dessert after our bible study. “Foo chook yi mai” – Beancurd + Bali ♥ We had sharing while eating dessert. I shared my story about the whole imposing judgement on Lance when I thought he was a big cinapiao. Lol. After cell, Flo fetched Whitney and I home :) Cools! It saved me the effort of actually walking and tramming since I had blisters and it was cold last night. Teeehee! AWESOME
Currently listening to this song. Its addictive :D Not to forget…
When you asked me whether I’ve heard comments about me being a talker, I was like, “Does he want me to tone down?” :( Then when I seemed abit sensitive about it, you said you were okay with it because we’re opposites. Haha! And the fact that you said if I wasn’t a talker, we wouldn’t be having a convo for this long. True enough, we chat from the time you reached home from that seminar for Christian leaders :) I reckon we can talk about anything under the sun. Love seeing you putting in effort. Discovered something new today. Wheeee! You’re a phlegmatic. You’re slow in anger and don’t carry things overnight. You’re a peace maker. Definitely a plus. Surprises aint your thing but when I said people change over time and when sincerity is involved, you’ll be touched, you don’t deny the fact that you might change over time. This is shoooo cute! So far so good, definitely in my good books. Continue observing :) You’re doing alright, mate.
One word : Interesting.
PS : the first on my list – man of God. And you ticked it off today.
PSS : you don’t have to be perfect for someone to like you :))
I believe in a better tomorrow
Heaps of LOVE xx,
